How to buy Buying Glowbiles & Cratf items from this site is easy. Just go to the item you require on either the Glowbile or Glowdrop pages find which one you want and click on the add to cart button. This will take you to our secure Paypal shopping cart where you will be given the option to checkout or return to the site to purchase more. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this service. If you have a problem please contact us on sales@glowbiles.com Under the distance selling regulations you have a 7 day cooling off period from date of purchase.
Shipping We aim to ship items purchased within 2 working days by first class post. A charge of £2.50 is made to cover packaging and postage costs to UK destinations only. Overseas customers should contact us before purchasing. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock our craftsmen will make one for you in which case please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as posible to confirm your purchase & shipping date. If you do not receive an email within 3 working days please contact us at sales@glowbiles.com stating your name, delivery address and order details. Glowbiles and Glowdrops are handmade by our team of craftsmen therfore every one will be slightly different, this is intentional and provides a unique product for every purchaser.
